A little clarity.

When you join through our prologue notification form, you ask to hear when the playable prologue is available and receive occasional updates on its development. Earlier signups may include other studio or YouTube story updates, according to the interests and consent recorded at signup.

What we keep

We store your email address, the interest category associated with your signup, the time and wording version of your consent, and whether you have unsubscribed. Your email is not displayed on the website.

How we use it

We use the list for the studio updates you requested. We do not sell the list. Authorized studio administrators can access it and export it to an email delivery service. The website and database run on hosted infrastructure provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare.

Changing your mind

Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we stop using your address for updates from this list and retain a suppression record so another form submission does not silently add you back.

A few technical details

To limit automated signups, the form uses a temporary, salted hash derived from a network address. It expires within two hours and is cleared during later signup activity. We do not store the raw network address in our subscriber database. Our hosting providers may process technical request logs to operate the service.

Submitting the form does not create a game account or reserve a paid product. We do not take payment here.
